Piping Technology & Products, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented

Outside Sales . This is a full-time, salaried, on-site/travel position that requires 75-100% travel (US & internationally). This position will support our Pipe Shields’ division and the company’s goals for growth and sustainability. This role requires a minimum of 2 years sales experience. Manufacturing sales experience preferred. B2B sales & pipe support experience is a plus. Paid training. These positions are not commission-based; the team works together to meet sales goals. The right candidate will excel in a results-driven, fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoy big challenges and teamwork. Good driving record, current driver’s license, and reliable transportation required. Must be eligible to get a passport for international travel and OSHA clearance for entry into plants. All work-related travel is covered 100%. Responsibilities

Fully Paid Product Training on All PTP Products, specifically: Pipe Supports, Expansion Joints, & Bellows. We set you up for complete success. This is not a commission-based sales position. You are paid for everything you work for. Account Management: Oversee customer accounts daily. Responsible for contract signings through shipment/delivery. Full Cycle Sales Management: Identify sales opportunities, follow up on previous sales, and continuously develop sales relationships with customers, new and old. Business Development: Create and implement business development ideas with the entire sales team. Visit customers in person as much as possible and plan engagements, including business lunches, breakfasts, and community involvement initiatives. Cross-selling: Develop and use cross-selling skills to address all of the customers’ needs. Lunch & Learns: Participate in building presentations and other sales materials to deliver to customers about company products. Shop Tours: Provide customers with on-site tours to show how products are manufactured. Quote Follow-Up: Actively participate in the team’s management of quotes. Customer Service: Maintain high levels of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction; be a problem-solver and resolve issues. Travel Planning & Development: Strategically plan travel to visit as many customers or potential customers as possible, in one trip. Stay prepared with sales materials. Meeting & Exceeding Sales Goals: Partner with the team to meet and exceed all set sales goals. Cold Calling: Be comfortable making cold calls to assist customers with their quotes when in the office. Qualifications

A minimum of 2 years of industrial or manufacturing sales experience is preferred. B2B sales experience selling to small and large EPC firms preferred. Ability to work on-road more than 75% of the time. Good driving record. Valid Driver’s License. Reliable transportation. Ability to get a passport & OSHA card when ready. Ability to travel 75-100% when training is complete. Engineering or technical experience is preferred but not required.
