Overview Regional Sales Representative – Florida Assure IV Infusions (503B Outsourcing Facility)

Reports To: Vice President of Sales

Position Summary The Regional Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth and developing long-term customer relationships throughout Florida for Assure IV Infusions, an FDA-registered 503B outsourcing facility. This role focuses on hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs), anesthesia groups, and health systems requiring reliable, compliant, and high-quality sterile compounded IV products. The ideal candidate understands the 503B regulatory environment and can clearly articulate Assure IV Infusions’ value during drug shortages, allocations, and supply disruptions.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Develop and execute a Florida regional sales strategy aligned with Assure IV Infusions’ growth objectives

Prospect, qualify, and close new hospital, ASC, and health system accounts

Expand utilization within existing accounts through new product adoption and volume growth

Support product launches including IV fluids, specialty injectables, and new bag sizes

Customer Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts

Build trusted relationships with pharmacy directors, materials management, anesthesia leadership, and supply chain teams

Coordinate with internal Quality, Regulatory, Operations, and Customer Service teams

Communicate proactively regarding allocations, lead times, shortages, and product availability

Regulatory & Compliance Awareness

Demonstrate strong knowledge of FDA 503B regulations and hospital compliance standards

Accurately position Assure IV Infusions’ quality systems, labeling, stability data, and testing practices

Ensure all sales activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements

Monitor Florida market conditions including shortages, competitor activity, and pricing trends

Maintain accurate CRM records including pipeline, forecasting, and account activity

Provide regular updates and forecasts to leadership

Qualifications – Required

3–7+ years of healthcare sales experience

Experience selling to hospitals, ASCs, or health systems

Strong understanding of sterile injectables, IV fluids, anesthesia, or acute-care products

Proven ability to manage a full sales cycle in a regulated environment

Ability to travel extensively throughout Florida

Qualifications – Preferred

Prior experience with a 503B outsourcing facility or sterile injectable manufacturer

Existing relationships with Florida hospital systems and ASCs

Experience navigating drug shortages and emergency supply needs

Familiarity with GPO and IDN contracting
