Overview

Sales Representative — 2393 E Commercial St, Meridian, Idaho 83642. TruGreen accepts applications on an ongoing basis. As a TruGreen Field Sales Representative, you’ll be the welcoming face out in the neighborhood, meeting homeowners face-to-face to introduce them to the benefits of personalized lawn care solutions. You’ll provide tailored services at their doorstep, building lasting customer relationships through TruGreen’s Sales Playbook. What You’ll Do

Be the face of TruGreen, engaging with homeowners to understand their needs and deliver custom lawn care solutions that build trust and satisfaction. Develop and tailor sales messaging to match the unique lawn care needs of each household. Turn interest into commitments by following a proven sales methodology and processes. Log interactions and track performance using a CRM to measure activity and follow through. Cross-sell and upsell with expertise to help customers level up their lawns. What You’ll Bring

High school diploma or GED required. Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred, but passion and hustle are highly valued. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong communication skills, from casual conversation to closing talks, with a smart and sincere approach. Solid time management and a self-starter mindset. Comfortable with technology and mobile devices; no coding required. Physically able to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds while working outdoors. Perks & Benefits
