The Specialist will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring an engaging in-store experience. This role also involves training customers on product offerings and assisting with effective sales management to meet business goals.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and manage relationships effectively
Established client book in the NYC market.
Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Experience in Training customers and team members to ensure product understanding
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Passion for jewelry or luxury goods is a plus
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, business, or a related field is preferred
