This role is built for closers who want uncapped income, strong inbound demand, and the backing of a proven brand.
Compensation
$50,000 base salary
Uncapped commission + performance bonuses
First‑year on‑target earnings: $140,000+
Top performers earn $200,000–$300,000+

What You’ll Do
Work directly with homeowners and property owners (B2C)
Convert inbound leads and referrals into closed deals
Conduct site visits and present customized solutions
Manage your pipeline using HubSpot
Coordinate with internal teams to move projects from sale to build
