Position Overview This key role bridges Design, Merchandising, and Production to bring innovative, trend‑right, and commercially viable products to life.
Responsibilities
Work closely with the Design Director to conceptualize and deliver seasonal collections
Research fabric, color, silhouette, and trend inspiration each season
Attend fittings and oversee garment development to ensure fit, finish, and quality standards are met
Collaborate with our textile and print team on the development of exclusive artworks
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Fashion Designer—activewear a PLUS!
Proven ability to design statement pieces that are both creative and commercially viable
Strong sketching skills (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop)
Solid understanding of garment construction, fitting, and production processes
