
Established Search are partnered with a dental manufacturer is seeking a
Strategic Accounts Manager
to support and grow its Strategic Accounts business across
Dental Support Organizations (DSOs), mid-market group practices, and Community Health Centers (CHCs) . This role will focus primarily on
regional and local DSO relationships
across Western USA and will report directly to the Director of Sales. Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned strategic accounts, engaging with executive, purchasing, clinical, and marketing stakeholders. Develop and execute annual account plans to increase market share, revenue, and profitability using CRM tools. Drive customer retention and expansion through strong relationship management and consultative selling. Partner with Marketing to develop strategic playbooks and joint growth initiatives with key accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer and distribution partners to drive pull-through. Provide accurate pipeline reporting and communicate progress consistently with leadership. Collaborate with clinical implementation and education teams to support presentations, trainings, and value-added programs. Prepare, present, and negotiate custom proposals with DSO leadership. Qualifications & Experience
Minimum
5 years of outside sales experience , including
1+ year managing strategic or enterprise accounts . Direct experience selling to
DSOs and/or through dealer/distributor partners . Strong understanding of
contract pricing and negotiation . Dental industry experience strongly preferred. Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), Microsoft Office; Power BI a plus. Proven ability to build trusted relationships at multiple organizational levels. Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, hands-on, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and drive insights into action.
