The Role And What You’ll Do

The Account Manager position requires an extremely organized, hard-working, detail orientated individual. The position is a client facing role requiring transactional experience, proficiency in sales support tools and a focus on organization and driving revenue. This role will be accountable for overseeing client support on behalf of the entire sales team and will act as the central resource to assist for ensuring revenue success and overall client satisfaction. The position represents one of the key functions responsible for advancing the organization’s financial goals while delivering the highest levels of customer service to corporate clients and premium package buyers across a diverse portfolio of event products including but not limited to the Super Bowl, NCAA Final Four, UFC and WWE. Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Deliver prompt customer service by providing resolutions to On Location’s corporate clients and premium package buyers either in person, or via phone, and or email. Foster relationships with current core event clients providing them with service-related questions on their experience purchased and source upsell opportunities for the sales representatives. Develop and maintain internal workflow processes and technologies, including Salesforce as a CRM. Independently research and provide the Premium Sales Staff with answers to service-related questions from clients. Track customer sales to via our POS systems. Manage onsite event execution logistics and program management services for clients by handling, among other things, guest check-in, transportation, gifting, hospitality, and servicing of guests needs as they come up on-site. Play an integral part in the fulfillment process by ensuring accurate ticket delivery and manage the mobile ticket delivery process when necessary. Create and distribute event-related communications to all premium sales clients for key core events like Super Bowl, UFC, Final Four and Masters. Coordinate with Accounting to guide clients through the billing, reconciliation, and collection process. Analyze current processes and identify and communicate opportunities to streamline procedures that directly impact productivity. Maintain a working knowledge of all events/services to provide customer support; assist Premium Sales staff with e-mail/call campaigns. Execute all other duties assigned by the team or leadership. Must be adaptable with work and travel schedule and be available to travel for work which may include extended work hours during nights, weekends, and holidays.
