Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager, based in Fayetteville, NC. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying customer needs, and developing customized solutions to meet these needs. Daily tasks will include managing accounts, handling sales processes, maintaining performance records, and collaborating with internal teams. Additionally, the Account Manager will monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth to achieve individual and team performance goals.

Qualifications

Sales and client relationship management experience, with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills

Organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple accounts and deadlines

Analytical skills to identify customer needs and market opportunities

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent communication skills in written and verbal formats

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred

Previous experience in the document imaging or technology industry is an advantage
