
Inside Sales and Renewals Representative

Responsibilities
The key goal for this position is to proactively work with an assigned set of customers, across our various products, to ensure customer software is up to date with the goal of obtaining the highest possible renewal rates. Maintaining and exceeding your target sales goals and supporting the teams’ sales goals.
Main Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with internal teams to meet customer expectations to secure success and increase renewal rates, across EIMS, Enterprise and Strategic accounts
Maintaining and exceeding your sales goals while supporting team sales goals
Maintain the percentage of renewal rate to foster the success and growth of your accounts and the company overall
Manage and negotiate all existing renewal contracts for an assigned territory of customer accounts
Probe for additional sales opportunities on all customer calls (implied other spaces)
Create quotes according to the defined partner and customer discounts for both software and hardware
Manage CRM database to include creating opportunities, maintaining renewals, updating activity records and customer data as required
First point of contact for administrative questions in your customer set
Answer calls and respond to email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Effectively negotiate YoY SMA (Support and Maintenance Agreement) increases as required with end‑user contract administrator, leveraging Outside Sales Team as needed.
Effectively learn, understand, communicate, and quote hardware options for client base who buy turnkey solutions
Receive purchase orders and update opportunity status to prepare for processing and billing
Communicate in a professional manner order issues to customers, partners and/or internal parties
Develop a thorough understanding of the products, company business goals and needs
Education / Qualifications
2+ years with proven experience in Renewals, Sales and/or Account Management
Experience with managing, maintaining, and running reports in Salesforce or similar CRM
Positive and motivating attitude when dealing with internal and external customers
Clear and concise communication skills
Experience meeting sales goals and maintaining forecast
Comfortable with a fast-paced environment
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency; strong excel skills
Experience in a software sales environment, a plus
Experience with selling computer hardware, a plus
College degree preferred
