Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day client interactions and serve as their trusted point of contact and strategic resource within the agency. Support the internal team by crafting clear briefs, providing input, and developing strategies to guide them effectively. Anticipate the team’s needs and proactively drive next steps. Track project budgets and timelines. Responsible for updating financial status and reviewing billing prior to release to clients; ensures prompt collection of accounts receivable. Responsible for reviewing creative assets to ensure mandatories are followed, and the brief or client feedback is addressed. Regularly updates both client and internal teams about project progress; notifies the Account Supervisor of potential issues and proposes solutions early to prevent escalation. Proactively pursues new projects and business opportunities through client contacts. Keep up with industry trends, emerging technologies, and relevant updates, and proactively provide clients with strategy and recommendations. Represent the agency at industry and community functions. Qualifications
BS/BA Degree. At least three (3) or more years of progressively responsible related experience. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging all levels of management effectively. Strong problem-solving skills. Highly organized, with keen attention to detail. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills. Must be a self-starter and work well in a team environment. High ethical standards. Knowledge of advertising agency software, such as Advantage Paid personal time off and holidays Competitive benefits plan with health, vision, and dental insurance 401k retirement plan with company matching Competitive salary commensurable of experience Location
