Our Louisville market is expanding, and we are looking for a
driven, relationship-oriented sales professional
who wants more than a job—someone who wants to build a book of business and grow their career for years to come.
The Opportunity This is a
hunter role . You will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new commercial business across the Louisville market. Success in this role comes from initiative, discipline, confidence, and the ability to turn first conversations into long-term partnerships.
Selling pest management services isn’t transactional—it’s consultative. You’ll help businesses protect their people, products, and reputations while acting as a trusted advisor and partner.
What You’ll Do
Prospect and develop new commercial accounts through cold calling, networking, and field activity
Conduct on-site inspections and recommend customized pest prevention solutions
Manage your sales pipeline and daily activity using our CRM
Schedule and run sales appointments independently
Collaborate with service technicians and office staff to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
Follow up consistently to build trust and long-term relationships
Participate in local networking groups, associations, and lead-generation opportunities
Report activity and results to sales leadership

Skills & Qualifications
Proven history of self-initiated sales success (B2B preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Excellent time management and follow-through
Ability to think critically and recommend solutions, not just products
Comfortable using CRM systems and basic sales technology
Valid driver’s license with clean MVR
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Willingness to relocate to Louisville, KY prior to start date
