
Position Summary
The function of the Inside Sales & Support Representative is to provide direct support to the Sales Organization in the ongoing development of existing and prospective customers to ensure that the Company can meet its growth targets.
Essential Functions
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Build New Customer relationships create and close sales opportunities
Understand customer needs and requirements.
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
Capture and maintain all sales related activity in the department CRM system for accurate reporting and data integrity.
Provide Leadership level reporting on sales efforts and pipeline health in accordance to defined needs, goals and metrics
Service and maintain relationships with accounts assigned
Work well in a team environment
Qualifications
Inside Sales experience is a plus.
Strong computer skills: proficiency in Microsoft office (word, excel, outlook, power point)
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone presence
Highly motivated, persistent, competitive and a self-starter.
Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
Experience working with a CRM
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Manage time effectively
Some additional items would be required continuing educational classes (Sandler or other job specific classes) provided by KAG
