We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Sales Specialist for Solar Materials in the Cartersville, GA area. The Sales Specialist will be instrumental in understanding and representing the sales data landscape of our company. They will focus on generating new business and closing sales. They will be responsible for activities such as prospecting, developing and managing customer relationships, and closing deals. Sales specialists are often external facing, meaning they may engage directly with customers. They will analyze sales figures, market research, and industry trends to help make informed decisions about sales strategies and goals. Sales Specialist will also provide support to the sales leadership team, ensuring that the sales team has the resources they need to close deals successfully. They may be responsible for tasks such as data entry, order processing, creating sales reports, and other administrative or operational tasks that support the sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams. The Sales Specialist will act as a key communication bridge between Korean headquarters, U.S. customers, and internal teams. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to Reporting:
Develop regular reports on sales trends, customer behavior, and market analysis. Present findings to the sales team and upper management in a clear and concise manner. Forecasting & Analysis : Collect, analyze, and evaluate sales data alongside customer production schedule trends to track performance against sales targets, identify opportunities or underperformance, and assess alignment with annual business plans. Performance Tracking : Monitor ongoing sales performance, comparing actual results to forecasted figures, and suggest adjustments to strategies, as necessary. Product Qualification Support : Support product development follow-ups and technical reviews to align with customers’ future module configurations, ensuring successful BOM integration through continuous coordination, validation tracking, and communication. Claim Management : Support end-to-end quality claim handling by coordinating communication between customer and internal quality teams, tracking post-claim actions including corrective measures, compensation, and replacement processes to ensure closure. Sales Operations & Billing Support : Perform daily monitoring of sales orders, pricing accuracy, and monthly closing revenue entries within SAP systems, while managing daily delivery of invoices and packing lists to customers. Order & Delivery Coordination : Receive and process customer purchase orders, coordinate with production teams for order execution, and collaborate with logistics teams to develop delivery schedules aligned with customer requirements. Inventory Management : Verify production dates and shelf-life requirements to prevent inventory from becoming obsolete prior to delivery. Pricing Management : Calculate manufacturing costs and collaborate with the purchasing team to negotiate pricing, supporting monthly price reviews, negotiations, and reporting. Qualifications and Skills
Minimum of bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management. Strong interpersonal/communication (verbal and written) skills. Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings. Experience with SAP/ERP preferred. Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, etc.). What We Offer
