We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Oil & Gas Automation Sales Manager

to lead our sales efforts in industrial automation solutions. This role will focus on expanding market share, driving revenue growth, and developing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of automation technologies, strong industry relationships, and a proven track record in high-value sales leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Oil & Gas automation sector.

Identify new business opportunities, cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, and expand market presence.

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Work closely with engineering and technical teams to understand client requirements and propose tailored automation solutions.

Oversee sales forecasts, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations to achieve financial targets.

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to refine sales strategies.

Lead, mentor, and support a team of sales professionals while working cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and marketing teams.

Prepare and present compelling proposals, RFP responses, and sales presentations to clients and stakeholders.

Ensure all sales activities comply with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

10+ years of sales experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with at least 5 years in automation sales leadership.

Strong understanding of automation systems, SCADA, PLCs, DCS, IIoT, and digital transformation in the energy sector.

Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing long-term client relationships.

Established relationships with key players in the Oil & Gas sector, including upstream, midstream, and downstream operators.

Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze complex market data and drive business decisions accordingly.

Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
