is looking for professional, motivated, career minded salespeople to sell our award-winning floor plans that will be placed on new home site developments. You do not need to have sales experience but if you do, and find you are not being compensated for your long workdays, apply here! We value our team and reward our team members for their hard work. Responsibilities
Meeting sales and marketing goals
Excellent customer service skills
Prospecting, marketing & promoting new business
Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process
Working & communicating effectively with team and customers
Understanding the loan process and credit analysis
Ability to work weekends (both Saturday & Sunday), evenings & some holidays
Qualifications
Closer and Negotiator mindset
Strong communication skills
Out of the box thinker – Creative
A proven background in prospecting
Amazing follow-up with prospects
Ability to be a team player
Marketing strategies and familiar with social media platforms
A high level of enthusiasm and high energy
Integrity
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
