Working alongside key members of the Food and Beverage Management Team at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, we are seeking an Assistant Director of Food and Beverage who possesses a genuine warmth and sense of hospitality.

Key Accountabilities
Lead the guest experience on the floor by being highly visible, engaging authentically with guests, anticipating needs, and resolving issues in real time to reflect the hotel's service philisophy
Oversee daily operations across all outlets, including Room Service, ensuring smooth execution, strong interdepartmental communication, consistent quality, and effective control of labor and service flow
Develop, implement, and uphold service standards by creating clear SOPs for service, training, and presentation, and ensuring accountability through coaching and follow up
General Requirements
Previous food service experience with the ability to perform multiple jobs within the restaurant.
Previous management or supervisory experience
Possess excellent organizational skills, communication skills and problem-solving skills.
Food Handler and Responsible Beverage Certification.
Flexible schedule including weekends & holidays.
