
As a
Territory Sales Representative , you will be responsible for generating leads, advancing the sales process, closing new business, and retaining customers within the San Antonio market. This is a
remote, home-based role
for a candidate who
lives in San Antonio
and is comfortable spending significant time in the field meeting customers face to face. The ideal candidate will quickly build a strong book of business by identifying new opportunities, developing relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth through consultative sales.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of clients by identifying logistics needs and delivering tailored freight solutions
Prospect, research, and develop new sales opportunities within the San Antonio territory
Identify and engage key decision-makers to initiate and close sales
Conduct frequent in-person meetings with prospects and customers throughout the San Antonio area
Collaborate with internal team members to execute strategic sales initiativesli>
Maintain and expand the company’s prospect and customer database
Accurately enter and update customer information in the CRM system
Coordinate with operations and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional logistics services
Qualifications
Must currently live in San Antonio, TX
Entrepreneurial mindset (Speedy Freight is a successful global brand and new to the San Antonio market)
Strong ties to the San Antonio business community
Proven negotiation and relationship-building skills
Self-starter with a strong work ethic and drive to succeed
Outgoing, confident communicator comfortable with face-to-face sales
Ability to thrive in a
remote, self-managed work environment
Compensation
Bi-weekly
base salary plus uncapped commission
