
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing team in Jacksonville, FL. This onsite role is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys building relationships, managing inbound and outbound leads, and closing deals in a fast-paced environment. The Inside Sales Specialist will play a key role in driving revenue growth through proactive customer engagement and strong follow-Up.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and follow-ups Qualify leads and identify customer needs to recommend appropriate products or services Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through close Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain accurate records in CRM systems Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to improve lead conversion Provide product knowledge and pricing information to customers Support account management and customer retention efforts Qualifications
1–3 years of inside sales, customer service, or call-center sales experience Strong communication and persuasion skills Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
