Responsibilities
Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options on the sales floor.
Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Meet sales targets and earn commission through AT&T’s products and services.
Support customers with the latest devices and personalized services.
Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends; monthly seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
Remain flexible and open to changing technologies and customer needs in a fast-paced environment.
Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus; training provided to help you meet and exceed goals.
Qualifications
Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus (not required).
Strong communication skills in Spanish and English.
Compensation New Retail Sales Consultant earnings between $40,000 to $63,000, including hourly rate and uncapped commission opportunities. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on meeting all sales goals.
