Are you a motorsports enthusiast with a passion for high-performance engineering? Our client is a world-renowned manufacturer of premium braking components for the motorcycle and bicycle industries. Recently established as a direct North American subsidiary in Orlando, they are looking for a Sales Representative to help expand their footprint across the United States and Canada. In this role, you won't just be "selling parts"—you will be a technical consultant for distributors, dealers, and racing teams, ensuring they have the best stopping power in the industry. Key Responsibilities
Drive Growth:
Manage and expand an established network of distributors and dealers across North America. Technical Support:
Act as a product expert, providing technical training and specifications for our proprietary rotor and pad technologies. Relationship Management:
Maintain high-touch communication with key accounts to ensure inventory health and customer satisfaction. Market Intelligence:
Stay ahead of industry trends in the motorcycle, ATV, and MTB sectors to identify new opportunities. Field Presence:
Represent the brand at major trade shows, racing events, and industry rallies (requires travel a few times per year). Qualifications
Industry Passion:
Deep knowledge of motorcycles, bicycles, or general powersports is highly preferred. Sales Experience:
2+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the automotive or powersports aftermarket. Technical Aptitude:
Ability to explain mechanical concepts (e.g., heat dissipation, friction coefficients, and fitment). Communication:
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to present to both small groups and large distribution teams. Travel Readiness:
