
Overview
Position Summary
The HubSpot Administrator is responsible for the administration, optimization, and ongoing support of the company’s HubSpot platform, including Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs. This role ensures HubSpot is configured to support efficient business processes, accurate data, and scalable growth. The ideal candidate combines deep HubSpot expertise with strong analytical skills, including light scripting and SQL knowledge, to support reporting, automation, and integrations.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary administrator and subject-matter expert for HubSpot, including user management, roles, permissions, and security settings
Configure and maintain HubSpot objects, properties, pipelines, workflows, automation rules, and lifecycle stages
Ensure data quality and integrity through ongoing monitoring, deduplication, validation rules, and governance standards
Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports to support sales, marketing, service, and leadership teams
Use light scripting and SQL to support reporting, data analysis, troubleshooting, and integration workflows
Support and manage integrations between HubSpot and other systems (e.g., ERP, data warehouse, support tools) using native connectors, middleware, or APIs
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Service, and stakeholders to improve lead routing, scoring models, pipeline visibility, and customer lifecycle management
Develop and maintain documentation, best practices, and training materials for HubSpot users
Assist with onboarding and ongoing training of new and existing users
Monitor HubSpot product updates and releases; evaluate new features and recommend enhancements aligned with business goals
Support testing and deployment of new functionality, workflows, and integrations
Qualifications Education & Experience
Experience administering HubSpot or a comparable CRM platform
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Skills & Competencies
Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, workflows, automation, lists, and reporting
Working knowledge of SQL for reporting, data validation, and analysis
Experience with light scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Python, or similar) to support integrations, automation, or data workflows
Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data accuracy and operational efficiency
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable HubSpot solutions
Excellent communication skills and comfort working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
HubSpot certifications (Administrator, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, or similar)
Experience with CRM integrations, APIs, and middleware tools
Familiarity with data warehouses or BI tools
