Mettler Toledo is looking to hire an Inside Sales Support Representative for our Columbus, Ohio location. This role is strategic in driving business growth by effectively managing key customer relationships and supporting the sales process through to successful order completion. As a member of the Vehicle Sales Team, you will support major key accounts, collaborate closely with field sales on large key accounts, and manage the RFQ processes for Engineering Firms. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Manage and nurture major key accounts within the Vehicle Group. Support field sales teams by providing dedicated assistance with large key accounts, including responding to inquiries and facilitating sales activities. Lead and coordinate the RFQ (Request for Quotation) process with Engineering Firms, ensuring timely and accurate submissions. Actively guide customers through the sales cycle from quote to closing. Handle incoming requests via calls, emails, and MT.com for pricing, availability, and quotes, ensuring prompt and accurate responses. Collaborate with scheduling and field teams to confirm installations and service appointments. Maintain CRM data integrity by regularly validating and updating account information. Support sales representatives with high targets and lead volumes. Provide weekly updates to team leadership on recurring business issues and account status. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the Vehicle Group’s product lines, services, and market trends. What You Need to Succeed

At least 1 year in sales, customer service, and/or marketing experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. Preference for work in a fast‑paced sales environment. Inbound or outbound call center experience or prior sales development role is a plus. Experience using SAP's CRM system is a plus. Our Offer to You
