Regional Sales Manager

As a
Regional Sales Manager , you’ll own and grow an established territory spanning
Ohio, Michigan, and Kentucky
by building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing technical equipment sales. Key Responsibilities
Grow revenue within an assigned territory by developing new business and expanding existing accounts Meet directly with customers, prospects, and manufacturers’ representatives to understand application needs and recommend solutions Develop and present quotations, proposals, and sales strategies tailored to customer requirements Review technical and engineering specifications and coordinate responses with internal teams Maintain consistent follow-up on leads and customer inquiries Collaborate closely with Sales, Applications Engineering, and Marketing teams at Flexicon headquarters Travel extensively (up to 85%) to support customer engagement and territory growth What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) in engineering, business, or a related field 3+ years of experience
in technical or industrial equipment field sales Experience with bulk processing or material handling equipment is a plus Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented Why Join Flexicon
