Position Summary We are seeking a driven, coachable, and self-motivated
Sales Representative
to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging with B2B decision-makers, building relationships, and ultimately bringing new clients into our training and coaching programs.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and Generate Leads:
Consistently source new opportunities through outbound calls, networking, LinkedIn outreach, events, and referrals.
Conduct Discovery Conversations:
Use Sandler techniques to uncover prospects’ pain points and decision-making processes.
Manage the Sales Process:
Guide prospects through the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing.
Pipeline Management:
Maintain accurate CRM records and track activity against sales metrics.
Collaborate with Training Team:
Coordinate with trainers and account managers to ensure client fit and successful onboarding.
Represent the Brand:
Attend industry events, networking groups, and trade shows as needed.
Qualifications
2+ years of B2B sales experience (experience with premium products or services preferred)
Demonstrated Income from both base and commission
Familiarity with Sandler Training and Certification (as a client)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong time management, follow-up, and organizational skill
Comfortable with prospecting, cold outreach, and rejection
Growth mindset and willingness to be coached
Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
