Full-Time We’re looking for a creative, design-driven operator to evolve and manage our web storefront and digital experience for our brands. This role sits at the intersection of Shopify management, UX design, brand storytelling, and campaign execution. You will lead the day-to-day management and continuous optimization of our Shopify stores while shaping the creative systems that support product launches, campaigns, and long-term brand growth. Key Responsibilities Lead the overall web management of multiple Shopify storefronts, ensuring best-in-class UX, performance, and conversion optimization Own the structure, layout, and visual presentation of PDPs, landing pages, collections, navigation, and site merchandising Identify emerging e-commerce, UX, and CRO trends and implement best practices across the site experience Partner closely with back-end developers to execute custom features, performance improvements, integrations, and technical enhancements Collaborate cross-functionally with design, operations, customer service, and creative strategy teams to ensure a cohesive and seamless brand experience Work closely with the marketing team on major initiatives including product launches and seasonal campaigns Build and maintain scalable creative systems for site content, product storytelling, and campaign execution Oversee updates, QA, and publishing of new products, collections, promotions, and site enhancements Analyze site performance, user behavior, and funnel data to inform design decisions and ongoing optimization Maintain consistency of brand voice, visual identity, and storytelling across all digital touchpoints Continuously improve site speed, mobile experience, accessibility, and checkout flows Must-Have Skills & Qualifications Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple timelines and priorities High proficiency in

for UX design, and wireframing High proficiency in
Shopify
(themes, sections, templates, apps, and CMS workflows) A true self-starter with strong ownership mentality and attention to detail Experience collaborating with developers and marketing teams on digital initiatives Strong eye for design, layout, typography, and storytelling Being a guitar player is a huge plus Nice-to-Have / Bonus Skills Experience with CRO, A/B testing, and performance optimization Experience working in DTC, lifestyle, fashion, or music-adjacent brands Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and site performance best practices Experience building launch pages, moodboards, and campaign pages Strong written communication and brand storytelling skills
