New Logo | National Brands | Remote Growth Role About This Role We’re looking for a driven Business Development Representative ready to win new logos and grow enterprise-level accounts. In this role, you’ll own the front-end of the sales cycle — identifying prospects, building relationships, and setting the stage for large-scale enterprise deals. You’ll work closely with Marketing to execute account-based strategies and develop your territory for meaningful growth. Identify and engage new business opportunities to grow your territory Partner with Marketing to execute targeted, account-based campaigns Build relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders in Marketing, Procurement, IT, and Vendor Relations Collaborate with internal teams (Estimating, Product, IT) to support new logos and upsell opportunities Develop and maintain strong product knowledge Use a solution-based sales approach to generate recurring opportunities Maintain comprehensive territory insights, competitive intelligence, and market trends Manage pipeline and performance using CRM and reporting tools Work independently, maintain performance standards, and attend team meetings Other duties as assigned What You’ll Get

2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience (new logo/outbound preferred) Experience selling to Marketing and Procurement decision-makers Strong relationship builder, communicator, and negotiator Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools Comfortable in a remote team environment Familiar with sectors like retail, gas stations, fashion, restaurants, or finance Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-driven Physical Demands & Work Environment
This is primarily a remote position, requiring extended periods of sitting and regular computer use. Occasional domestic travel may be required for client visits or company events. Employees are responsible for maintaining a comfortable, ergonomic workspace and taking regular breaks to stretch and move.
