Responsibilities Support day-to-day marketing operations and campaign execution by assisting with media campaigns, promotions, proposals, presentations, reports, correspondence, and administrative needs in coordination with the Marketing team.

Manage assigned marketing projects in Wrike (or similar tools), providing clear status updates, tracking dependencies, and documenting next steps.

Follow established SOPs, checklists, and approval workflows while proactively flagging risks, gaps, or delays before they become issues.

Recommend, order, inventory, and manage all marketing materials, trade show giveaways, and branded gear, including coordination with graphics, vendors, printers, and fulfillment of customer HOG Gear orders; assist with editing, proofing, and production to ensure accuracy and timely completion.

Assist in maintaining accuracy and consistency across digital platforms, including website content and social media, by coordinating updates with the content manager and ensuring ongoing, on-brand messaging.

Plan, book, and coordinate all aspects of meetings, trade shows, and special events within budget, including contracts, schedules, booth design, printed materials, shipping logistics, mailing lists, and travel coordination for HOG representatives.

Support relationship-building efforts with clients and partner groups through coordinated marketing initiatives, events, and communications.

Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Bachelor’s degree (in marketing preferred but not required)

Experience working in a manufacturing environment

Must have experience working with Excel spreadsheets, formulas, and other complex functions

Experience with the necessary software/applications to perform the job (Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot, Wrike or equivalent)

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.

Supervisory Responsibility: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment: This role operates in a professional office environment and supports sales & marketing projects and event execution. The position regularly uses standard office technology and project management tools to coordinate tasks, track timelines, and support cross-functional deliverables.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Travel: This position may require travel from time to time.
