Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Vehicle Remarketing Sr. Titles Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of vehicle titles post‑repossession, to ensure a smooth selling process at auction.

This role entails diverse daily responsibilities, including processing applications submitted to the DMV for approval to transfer repossessed vehicles from the customer’s name into Capital One’s name. During this transfer process, associates are expected to manage inbound and outbound calls with existing partners, such as auctions, DMVs, and dealerships. The title’s agent is also responsible for separating mail, inputting the information of when the account is repossessed and when the transfer into Capital One’s name is complete. The agent is also responsible for any corrections received during and even after being sent to the auction if necessary. This position demands exceptional attention to detail, a strong results focus, and effective communication skills, as these strengths directly influence the efficiency of title processing.

Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound calls to existing partners

Process over 250 account applications per month

Ensure all transferred titles are filed accurately and promptly for vehicle sales at auctions

Update account information and complete appropriate documentation to ensure accurate title receipt

Proactively resolve issues across multiple accounts to prevent them from entering a “Past Due” status

Contribute to rotationally working all incoming emails received daily and prepare all applications to be sent out to multiple states daily

Job Level Senior Coordinator

Location Plano 5, this role is an essential position and requires on‑site attendance

Department Hours Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 10:00 pm CT

Basic Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification

At least 3 years of customer service or call center experience

At least 1 year experience working in the financial industry

At least 1 year using Google Suite or Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

At least 2 years of titles experience or lien placement experience

At least 1 year of auto loan servicing experience

Salary Plano, TX: $49,774 – $49,774 for COAF Ops Sr. Coordinator. Candidates hired for other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered will be reflected in the offer letter.
