What You’ll Do We are scaling globally and building a Communications discipline that keeps CoreWeave at the center of the AI conversation through impactful and credible storytelling. The Communications team shapes CoreWeave’s external reputation and ensures our story is told with credibility, consistency, and impact. From high visibility events to landing top‑tier media coverage, the team amplifies CoreWeave’s innovation, partnerships, and leadership across business, technology, and trade audiences.

About The Role

CoreWeave is seeking an Executive Communications Strategist to support the development and execution of content for our senior leadership team. This is a hands‑on, high‑growth role where you will help turn complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives. You will work closely with the Executive Communications Leader to draft and refine content, coordinate leadership visibility programs, and ensure consistency and quality in how our executives show up across channels.

Who You Are

5‑10 years of experience in communications, journalism, content creation, public relations, or related fields

Strong writer and storyteller with the ability to simplify complex topics

Detail‑oriented content creator who values clarity, structure, and precision

Curious self‑starter who enjoys digging into technical, business, or policy topics

Able to work with discretion, professionalism, and maturity

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once

Operates well in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments

Collaborative, low‑ego team player who is eager to learn and grow

Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly

Key Responsibilities

Draft and edit content for executive communications, such as presentations, talking points, scripts, social posts, event briefs, and supporting materials

Assist in preparing leadership for external moments, including conferences, panels, interviews, and partner events

Conduct background research on industry trends, competitors, and policy topics to support executive narratives

Build briefing documents and prep materials that help executives show up informed, confident, and consistent

Help maintain an organized content system including messaging, proof points, bios, and briefing templates

Coordinate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Policy, Legal, HR, and external agencies to support executive visibility efforts

Track leadership moments and measure content effectiveness to support learning and iteration

Assist with logistics, calendars, workflows, and project management for executive communications programs

Preferred

Demonstrated success leveraging social media to extend and amplify corporate storytelling.

Experience shaping executive visibility across media, speaking engagements, and industry events.

Background in enterprise infrastructure, cloud computing, or AI‑related industries.

You love building trusted relationships with thought leaders.

You’re curious about how technology stories shape markets and public perception.

You’re an expert in spotting, landing, and amplifying stories that matter.

The base salary range for this role is $115,000 to $168,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration.
