Duration: January 2026 – May 2026

About Just In Just In is a peer-to-peer fashion marketplace launching Spring 2026 at NYU, FIT, and Parsons. We’re building the platform that lets college students buy and sell secondhand fashion within their campus community. No shipping hassles, no algorithm games, just real style discovery.
We’re preparing for beta launch and need someone who understands how to build a brand on social media, not just post content.
What You’ll Do
Brainstorm and develop creative content ideas that align with our brand vision
Plan content calendars and campaign rollouts across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Help strategize organic growth tactics and engagement approaches
Research trends and identify opportunities for cultural relevance
Assist with content planning for guerrilla marketing activations
Analyze performance and adapt strategy based on what’s working
What We’re Looking For
Deep understanding of Gen Z social media behavior (you are the target audience)
Experience managing or creating content for brand social accounts
Strong creative instincts for what makes content shareable
Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn best practices
Ability to think strategically about brand building, not just individual posts
Self-starter who can work independently
Bonus Points
Experience in fashion, resale, or campus culture
Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut)
Previous startup or early-stage brand experience
Portfolio of successful social campaigns or content you’ve created
