Marketing Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Campaigns and Database Management
Identify companies within the same markets and conduct market research as required
Handle media buying, including booking newspaper ads, TV ads, radio ads, sports ads, and interviews
Write marketing copies for collaterals, press releases, social media posts, email blasts, and text blasts
Draft letters as required by the Marketing Manager/Director
Prepare marketing statistics and reports
Maintain print, electronic, and digital filing systems
Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time
2. Events
Be present during ingress, event proper, and egress of all company events
Coordinate press releases for opening ceremonies and post-event coverage
Contribute to project planning and preparation of event checklists
Coordinate with media companies for event coverage and on-ground activities
Handle internal communication and daily coordination
Conduct supplier research and liaise with vendors as needed
Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time
3. Internet and Email Marketing
Monitor and manage the company’s social media platforms
Assist in email and online marketing initiatives
Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time
4. Public Relations
Support the Marketing Manager/Director in liaising with partners
Coordinate daily requirements for photo shoots and interviews
Source props and materials as required
Research suitable media outlets, editors, and presenters (print, online, social media, TV, and radio)
Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time
5. Market Audit and Strategy
Contribute ideas and suggest new initiatives or areas for improvement
Prepare supporting materials as requested
Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any related course
At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing, events, or public relations (fresh graduates may be considered)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience in media coordination, copywriting, and basic market research
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
Willing to work flexible hours and attend company events as needed
Team player with a proactive and adaptable attitude
