The Proposal and/or Marketing Coordinator will report to the Proposal Manager and work closely with and support the estimating team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Proposal & Marketing Coordinator supports Thalle Construction’s Proposal, Business Development, and Estimating teams, collaborating with staff at all levels in a dynamic environment. This role requires flexibility, strong organizational skills, resourcefulness, and a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Partner with the Proposal Department to create, refine, and format high‑quality marketing materials for project pursuits and proposal submissions. Support development and execution of marketing strategies that strengthen brand visibility and market presence. Assist with the creation of internal and external communications, including newsletters, announcements, and social media content. Maintain and update the company’s resume libraries, ensuring all employee profiles accurately represent current skills, certifications, and experience. Manage, organize, and continuously improve the company’s project history database to ensure information is comprehensive, current, and easily accessible. Coordinate the preparation and distribution of marketing materials for conferences, trade shows, and industry events, including brochures, presentations, and promotional items. Assist with planning and facilitating company events—both internal and external—to support employee engagement and strengthen client relationships. Provide administrative support to the Proposal Department, including document coordination, formatting, and quality control. Schedule appointments, prepare agendas, and maintain meeting minutes for Business Development and Marketing meetings. Manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy. Ability to travel 1–2 times per month for events, meetings, or project needs. Conduct all business activities with uncompromising integrity and professionalism. Education and/or Work Experience Requirements

Associate’s degree in Marketing, Business, English, Journalism, Graphic Design, or a related field; or 1–2 years of relevant professional experience. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications—InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, and Illustrator—with a strong understanding of graphic design principles and standards is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability in technical writing is a plus. Experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (A/E/C) industry is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Proven ability to build strong, collaborative working relationships at all organizational levels. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Must have reliable transportation. Willingness and ability to learn new software applications and tools. Ability to interpret and follow instructions presented in written, verbal, or diagram form. Physical Requirements

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards. Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
