We’re looking for a dedicated, hardworking Brand Coordinator who can help execute Seed Junky’s voice and visual identity across every touchpoint.

Role Overview We’re seeking a detail-oriented, creative Brand Coordinator to help bring Seed Junky’s brand to life across all channels and touchpoints. In this role, you’ll support brand strategy execution, ensure consistency in messaging and visuals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep everything on-brand and on-point.

This role is equal parts creative and operational — ideal for someone who’s highly organized, detail-driven, and genuinely passionate about brand marketing. You’ll work closely with marketing, creative, sales, and external partners to ensure Seed Junky shows up consistently, authentically, and at a high level everywhere we exist.



Key Responsibilities

Manage social media community engagement and assist with content calendar creation for all partners

Support the execution of brand campaigns, new product launches, and marketing initiatives

Maintain brand consistency across marketing materials, digital platforms, and internal assets

Coordinate brand assets, timelines, approvals, and deliverables across teams

Assist in maintaining Seed Junky brand assets, guidelines, and product images for retail and licensee partners

Manage timelines, approvals, and workflows for brand-related projects

Track and report on brand activities, campaign performance, and market trends

Help manage relationships with vendors, agencies, influencers, and partners

Conduct competitive research and stay tapped into cannabis and street culture trends

Support brand events, pop-ups, photoshoots, and industry activations

Track brand initiatives and assist with performance reporting

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

1–3 years of experience in marketing, branding, or a similar role (internships count)

Strong organizational and project management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Keen eye for detail and brand consistency

Familiarity with marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Creative mindset with a collaborative, can-do attitude

Passion for bringing brands to life and enjoying yourself while doing so



Nice to Have

Experience working with brand guidelines or visual identity systems

Basic knowledge of design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)

Experience coordinating with agencies or vendors

Experience in cannabis or a related field
