Overview The Marketing Manager is responsible for executing, managing, and optimizing SHG’s owned and earned media strategies across multiple brands. This highly tactical role requires strong content development skills, fluency in brand management, and confidence overseeing agency and vendor partners.

You will drive the execution of weekly campaigns, seasonal initiatives, and new concept launches—while keeping content pipelines flowing, calendars organized, and brand identities distinct. This role also serves as the key internal storyteller, responsible for capturing the people, food, and values that power SHG’s community.

This is not a branding-only or strategy-only role. Success depends on your ability to deliver high-quality execution consistently and translate operational inputs into compelling content and campaigns.
