Who We’re Looking For We are seeking a motivated leader with 1–3 years of experience as a Financial Advisor or in a Managing Associate role currently who has the ambition to: Recruit, mentor, and train incoming Financial Advisors Support and collaborate with the current Managing Director Play a key role in the growth and development of the Marshfield office If you’re energized by developing talent and building something bigger than yourself, this is your next move!
