Overview

A high-growth, publicly traded company in the residential real estate and technology sector is seeking a seasoned Executive Business Partner to support the CEO. This trusted advisor role requires someone with a sharp eye for strategy and detail, capable of navigating high-stakes investor communications, managing confidential initiatives, and ensuring the CEO’s daily operations run flawlessly. This is more than a traditional assistant role—it's a pivotal position with direct influence on corporate outcomes and exposure to board-level activities. If you’re energized by working in a lean, high-performance environment where agility meets ambition, this is your chance to make a measurable impact at the very top of the organization. Why Join This Team?

This is a rare opportunity to partner directly with a visionary leader at a company that is redefining its space. You’ll be at the intersection of strategy, execution, and leadership, with visibility into the highest levels of organizational decision-making. In this role, your ability to streamline, anticipate, and influence will be critical to company-wide success. Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the CEO’s complex, high-velocity calendar, ensuring alignment across strategic priorities and external commitments. Serve as the liaison for board relations and investor communication logistics, including supporting quarterly earnings cycles. Craft executive presentations, board decks, and investor-facing materials with precision and polish. Provide daily operational support including inbox management, correspondence drafting, and preparation of executive briefing documents. Collaborate cross-functionally with executive stakeholders and department leaders to execute high-priority initiatives. Drive executional excellence by tracking follow-ups, synthesizing data, and proactively identifying areas where the CEO’s attention is required. Analyze internal reports (financial statements, KPIs, OKRs, etc.) and deliver actionable insights to drive informed decision-making. Represent the office of the CEO with poise, discretion, and a solutions-first mindset in all external and internal interactions. What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. 5–10 years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in public companies or investor-facing roles. Deep experience managing highly dynamic schedules and prioritizing conflicting demands with confidence and confidentiality. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with proven experience producing executive-level documentation. Strong financial acumen and comfort interacting with data and performance metrics. Advanced PowerPoint skills—can build investor-grade presentations from scratch. Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-change environments with limited structure. Demonstrated ability to operate with discretion, professionalism, and urgency. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools. Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting a CEO or investor relations leader within a publicly traded company. Background in investor communications, board meeting preparation, or earnings cycle support. About Blue Signal
