Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in San Juan for an Inside Sales & Business Development position. The role involves identifying and generating leads, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Collaboration with team members and proactive communication will be key in achieving business development goals.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
Outstanding Communication skills, both written and verbal
Proactive and self-motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities
Experience using CRM software or sales tools is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
