German-speaking Customer Service Representative
to join our growing team at
Alphard Golf Europe . This is a
contractor role
(Auf selbstständiger Basis) - You must operate through your own company and be able to invoice us directly. The position focuses on handling incoming customer contacts - phone calls, messages, and emails - with professionalism, clarity, and care. You’ll be supported by our
global customer service team , but we need someone who takes the assignment seriously and thrives on delivering excellent service. What You’ll Do
Be the first point of contact for customers in Europe and the UK. Manage incoming calls, messages, and emails in German and in English. Troubleshoot
product issues
post-purchase and answer to pre-purchase questions. Work within our
Customer Service Platform
to track, resolve, and follow up on cases. Collaborate with our international support team to ensure seamless service. Represent Alphard Golf with professionalism and dedication. What We’re Looking For
Proficiency in German and English
(mandatory). Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset. General technical understanding and ability to troubleshoot issues. Reliability and commitment to high-quality service. Ability to work independently while being part of a global team. Having some golf experience is a
plus
but not a must. Must have your
own company
