Job Description The FOX Portfolio Ad Sales Marketing team is searching for a strategic and highly organized Sr. Manager of Digital Content & Brand Management to champion the FOX Advertising brand in the marketplace.

Reporting to the VP of Portfolio Ad Sales Marketing, this role will work cross-functionally across the FOX Portfolio of Brands to build the digital and social marketing strategy at scale, lead content development and distribution, and strengthen brand storytelling across owned channels. This role will drive content strategy, oversee execution, and partner closely with internal stakeholders to support strategic priorities and events that drive Ad Sales growth.

A Snapshot of Your Responsibilities

Across FOX Advertising Site & Social Platforms:

Create, develop, and maintain content calendars and publishing timelines

Establish editorial priorities that support FOX Advertising branding, sales narratives, product launches, research and thought leadership

Manage content updates across the site homepage and sub-pages, including FOX Portfolio & Vertical updates, research, tech, and more

Collaborate with Design team on development of assets

Lead ongoing performance reporting and optimization, leveraging insights to refine content strategy and improve engagement and site performance

Cultivate relationships, gaining trust and respect, and facilitate efficient, transparent communication with internal cross-functional partners

Communicate with internal teams: brand partnerships, brand marketing, research, tech, and sales to identify priority content and stories to be promoted across the site & social platforms

Partner with internal stakeholders to optimize portal utilization, content accuracy, and overall user experience

Proactively identify and create social toolkit that reflects current social environments

Manage vendor relationships

Monitor project progress, and provide regular updates to leadership

Lead the use of management tools and software

Support FOX Portfolio Ad Sales Marketing team on strategic projects and events that drive Ad Sales growth, including how FOX shows up at industry events, pre-upfront narrative, and the Upfront Event.

What You Will Need

Minimum of 6 years of experience in Ad Sales, Digital Media, or Marketing

Strong digital background with technical support experience

Experience developing and managing marketing across B2B and/or B2C channels

Excellent writing skills including digital/social storytelling and presentation development

Strong organizational skills - ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Self-starter who can perform independently and proactively while working in a collaborative team environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Passion for storytelling through data and insights

Deep understanding of today's media marketplace and landscape

Understands effective content management and distribution strategy

Experience with SEO

Ad Sales Operations experience

Expertise with website technology and capabilities (Wordpress, Campaign Manager, Google Analytics GA4, Salesforce, Monday.com, etc.)

Passion for marketing, content strategy, media, and advertising

Documented success building, managing, and retaining high-performance projects

Resourceful, eager to learn, and a team player

Thrive when critically thinking, problem solving, and managing the synergy between creative ideas and technical/digital executions

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $102,000.00-119,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
