Expand the sales of Johnson & Johnson products and convert competitive products in a manner commensurate with company policy and sales direction. Be trained to understand and demonstrate proper surgical use of our products to physicians. Demonstrate the ability to handle customer product questions and objections in line with sales training methodology. Maintain and expand current accounts, build new accounts, develop strong customer relationships, and meet quotas for a variety of products. Execute the selling cycle in a concise, professional, ethical and persuasive manner to lead the customer to action. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or Associate Degree with minimum 3+ years of relevant healthcare professional sales experience or B2B sales experience, or equivalent experience in an interventional environment. Minimum of three years Neurovascular industry experience required. 2–5 years of Medical Device sales experience preferred. Experience selling to surgeons in operating room or Radiology suite environments; familiarity with working with physicians is strongly preferred. Valid driver’s license and ability to complete a background investigation including driving record check. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to relocate and reside within the assigned Territory. Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Certifications/Licenses and Affiliations
Exempt position with the ability to establish an effective work schedule accommodating disruptions and flexible hours. Knowledge of the healthcare and medical device industries, disease states, and therapeutic/institutional trends. Sales experience in the neurovascular space and/or medical device field preferred. Completion of Company training programs. Valid driver’s license in the state of residence, advanced computer skills, and ability to multitask without direct managerial oversight. Additional Position Requirements
Willing and able to travel overnight locally, regionally, and nationally up to 40%. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and to wear heavy lead protective aprons and other safety equipment in lab environments. EEO Statement
