Responsibilities
Manage all assigned loads within assigned territory on a daily basis to include procuring capacity and negotiating favorable pricing to increase profitability (may include nights and weekends) Develop relationships with motor carriers to understand carrier capabilities and pricing structure to secure capacity and competitive pricing Work closely with Account Managers and Account Executives to understand customer requirements and collaboratively develop solutions to increase business levels Reviews carrier service levels to ensure key performance indicators are achieved Salary and Schedule
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year Shift: First Work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM Education
