Compensation and BenefitsAnnual compensation is between $70,000 –$88,000 and is comprised of a base hourly wage plus commission.

Position Responsibilities A Route Sales Representative (RSR) is responsible for ordering, sales, and delivery of fresh baked products. The successful candidate must maintain a neat, professional appearance, build and maintain strong relationships with customers, and ensure accurate delivery logs and vehicle maintenance records.
The RSR will work varying workdays, typically starting around 3:00 am. Days off are Wednesday and Sunday. The role requires flexibility to service accounts during designated windows and may need non‑traditional hours to complete deliveries.
Key responsibilities include expanding shelf space, creatively displaying in‑store promotions and displays, rotating products to maximize shelf life, and using data and marketing plans to drive customer growth and satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications
Sales experience.
Delivery driver experience.
High school diploma or GED.
Essential Job Requirements
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card.
Must have a valid state driver’s license and documented safe driving record.
Must meet Fleet Insurance Guidelines.
Must adhere to federal, state, and local rules regarding the operation of a CMV.
Must execute best practices of RSR training (after 4‑week company paid training).
Must be able to push or pull up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required.
