What You Bring
Proven Connections: Active contacts within the multifamily sector (owners, regional managers, or asset managers).
Industry Expertise: A strong understanding of interior/exterior multifamily renovation scopes and capital improvement projects.
Regional Knowledge: Familiarity with the Midwest construction landscape and bidding processes.
Self-Starter Mindset: Ability to identify and pursue new opportunities and manage the sales cycle from lead generation to contract closing.
