Account Manager , you are the front line of revenue generation: building relationships, bringing in new clients, and fueling the team’s success. Client Acquisition Identify and close ideal clients through networking, referrals, community outreach, and inbound and outbound leads Conduct discovery calls and tailor service tier recommendations based on business needs Close new clients into monthly task-based plans ranging from $500–$5,000+ Relationship Building Actively engage in your local small business community: meetings, events, lunches, and groups Use your sales budget to build authentic relationships Represent the brand and open doors for long-term partnerships Client Retention Support Join monthly strategy meetings for clients you’ve closed (led by the Task Master) Help ensure client satisfaction and explore upsell opportunities Compensation & Incentives

Commission Build residual income: As long as the client stays with us, you will be getting paid. Commissions are earned when a new client’s second-month payment has cleared and services have continued without cancellation or refund. 3-Year salary projection by hitting OTE (the minimum quota): Year 1: $80,000 to $114,000+ Year 2: ~$137,000+ Year 3: ~$180,000+ Ramp and draw To help new hires ramp up, full-time employees begin with a short-term recoverable draw during their first three months. This advance provides a steady income early on and is automatically repaid from future commissions at a rate of up to 50% per month. You’ll never repay more than you’ve earned, and repayment ends if employment ends. Month 1: $4,000 Month 2: $2,000 Month 3: $1,000 There will also be opportunities for additional income during slow sales periods. Sales & Networking Fund You’ll receive a sales budget based on the number of tasks completed by your team each month, starting out with a designated amount to get you started. Use it for: Taking prospects to lunch or coffee Attending or sponsoring business events Joining chambers, associations, or referral groups Small branded giveaways or promotional materials This is a monthly use-it-or-lose-it fund that grows as your team completes more work. Who You Are

A proven closer with 1–3+ years in B2B sales, ideally working with small business owners Relationship-first, highly self-motivated, and proactive A strong local network or ability to build one quickly Excited to be the face of a growing service brand in your region Comfortable being paid based on results, and ready to earn six figures doing it Enjoy new technology and constantly trying and learning about new software Location & Schedule

In-person networking is required in your local territory Sales calls, admin work, and follow-ups can be done remotely, though the primary role is prospecting and closing, off-site To Apply
