Responsibilities
Handling all inquiries from clients promptly and professionally
Process all endorsements
Refer all client claim inquiries immediately to the insurance carrier
Assist clients with billing issues
Update client/prospect information in the agency management system
Continuing education (Company Paid) for industry designations
Qualifications
3+ years' experience as a Personal Customer Service Representative in a NY State Independent Agency environment
NYS P&C License required
Live within 30 miles of Niskayuna NY
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented office environment
Compensation $70,000 - $80,000 yearly
