Develop and support Distributors and Electrical Contractor opportunities with additional focus on achieving projects through the area Construction Channel. Provide market presence and channel support in the mentioned market to achieve share growth. Fully utilize SieSales as the tool to develop and forecast contractor opportunities. Provide product support for Panelboards, Switchboards, Medium Voltage gear, Lighting Panels, Low Voltage Switchgear, Busway, Motor Control Centers, Molded Case Circuit Breakers, IEC/NEMA Control, Safety Switches, and Residential Products. Build and maintain a business plan by cultivating a healthy sales pipeline through uncovering new opportunities, following up on leads, and managing existing customer base. Develop and implement plans for strategic accounts that exceed expectations in revenue retention/growth, account profitability, and customer satisfaction/loyalty. Build long-term relationships with senior management at key customer accounts, solution partners and channel partners. Qualifications
Basic Qualifications Must reside in or be willing to relocate and reside in the ME, VT & NH region (MA also an option) Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university 3+ years of experience in sales, customer engagement, or technical solution delivery OR 5+ years of experience in sales, customer engagement, or technical solution delivery 3+ years exposure to LV/MV power distribution OR 5+ years exposure to LV/MV power distribution Ability to travel 5% of the time Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization Preferred Qualifications: Experience collaborating with electrical contractors, project managers, or field service teams. Proven learning agility and ability to quickly grasp new technical concepts and industry trends. Demonstrated growth mindset with a track record of adapting to evolving customer needs and market dynamics. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with experience influencing stakeholders and driving results. Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and tailor solutions to customer needs. Compensation & Benefits
The pay range for this position is $88,130 - $153,720 and is eligible for Sales Incentive. Benefits details can be found here: https://www.benefitsquickstart.com/siemens/index.html. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
