Outside Sales Representatives This is a full-time, W-2 outside sales position. Your role is to develop relationships with prospective and existing customers. Average annual earnings are between $150,000 to $250,000 per year, and top performers make upwards of $350K. The home improvement industry is broken. Renuity is here to fix it. Learn our primary product lines, presentation, and negotiation skills
Work closely with leadership and mentors to achieve milestones
Apply consistent effort and great attitude to meet planned sale goals/quotas
Promote company products and services
Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts
Provide best-in-class customer experience
Work a full schedule, including evenings and Saturdays
Qualifications
Positivity, Flexibility, Determination and a persuasive personality
Previous experience in hospitality, food and beverage, mortgage, real estate, solar, and B2C sales - a plus
Strong sense of Ambition, Self-Motivation and Self-Discipline
An open mind, willingness to learn and adapt
Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
Approachable demeanor
Own reliable vehicle with valid driver's license
