In order to support our continuous and significant growth in the North America market, we are looking for a Regional Sales Representative resides preferably in Florida.

What we are looking for?
Responsibilities
Execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base in the assigned region
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new opportunities for business development
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential prospects and market trends
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective product/service delivery and customer satisfaction
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports to clients
Monitor competitors' activities and market conditions to adjust strategies as needed
Travel within the territory to meet clients and attend industry events.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or related field
Preferable min 3 years’ experience in field sales positions, preferably in heavy duty aftermarket
Strong sales skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong organizational skills, self-motivation with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment as a good team player
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English and additionally preferably in Spanish
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Objective, result and solution oriented and able to meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs and preferably CRM and ERP software Must reside in the assigned region.
Able to travel within the territory (about 80%)
Competitive base salary plus commission
