Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Assist the sales team with preparing quotes, proposals, and sales contracts.
Process sales orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of products.
Coordinate with the production, shipping, and logistics departments to fulfill customer orders.
Assist in organizing sales meetings and events.
Prepare sales materials, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
Perform general administrative duties to support the sales department.
Performs special projects or assignments as directed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in inside sales or sales support, preferably in the manufacturing or construction industry.
Experience with concrete products or construction materials is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Able to apply effective time management and self-management skills.
Possess thorough, organized and detail-oriented approach to work.
